Dunkin'

I'm not going to Dunkin donuts here or anywhere anymore. To many times I find myself spending to much on a coffee that ends up looking like pure water I drink my coffee black with 3 sugars and it cem to me lighter than iced tea. This happens to often and to think we here people that make coffee for a living crying all the time about how they don't get paid enough. You literally make the most simple orders incorrectly sorry no one has time for the tears anymore if what I pay for can't be given to me as I paid for it than you can have 5 less coffees to make per week maybe you can get it right. Again had this been one occasion and one store I would feel differently but it's every store not every time but at 5 coffees a week and 3 of those 5 need to get made over or I throw it away and go find

This dunkin is easily the worst dunkin in the state. I have came here around a dozen times in the passed 2 years and everytime there is always something wrong. Sunday October 6th I went in at 4:30 (it says they open at 4 on there website!) and not a single worker was in there no donuts had been put out. And to make it worse they even had signs written in paper saying that they would be in at 4!! I go to Dunkin’ Donuts everything single morning across the state and I have yet to find one as inconvient as this Dunkin donuts

Went to the drive thru. Speaker is right next to an overflowing garbage can, cigarette butts everywhere. Placed my order got to the window the lady hands me the iced coffee and says you may have to mix it. Isn’t that your job? And handed me my donuts. They were out of old fashioned so asked for a plain stick and vanilla crème filled. Instead I got 2 blueberry donuts. I gave her money she then informs me she’s out of Pennie’s and nickels did I mind? Ask your manager to get you change! Appalled that this woman thinks it’s acceptable to not give a person the correct change! This is why large corporations are terrible they don’t care!

Consistently bad, unfriendly service and painfully slow. Yesterday was the last straw, will never stop again. Coffee (2 midnights w/cream) was horrible after they got the order right after 8 minutes. One had grounds in it and both were lukewarm by the time we got to rocky neck, 5 minutes later. The cups were both a sloppy mess had to ask for a cup over for one, the other had splatter on the lid and cup. Done.

Insanely slow. Me and my friend waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees and food that they could not even get right. They were out of something that I ordered. And instead of cold foam they put whipped cream on top. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced at any dunkin. Everybody behind the counter was yelling at eachother.
