The guy how is working in today in the night i was more than 30 minutes earlier and he close de door in my face and turn off all the lights rally bad attitude

I ordered online and got protein matcha, I walked to the store and they told me they were out of protein milk. I told them I already paid, and they said they cant do anything about it. They made no effort to compensate or even apologize. And I just ended up getting regular matcha. I agree with most of the reviews here, the staff is indeed rude.

This person at working at the store counter was very very rude to talk to me. I am surprised to see Dunkin hire such caliber staff. I have attached the receipt of the stores what i had purchased and shows date and time management should find out from the camera recording what had happened and take necessary action to save Dunkin s precious customers. There was only one person at up front so it might be easy for management to take action against you staff present at that very moment.

Slowest Dunkin on the east coast. Don’t come to Dunkin in the morning so I can wait for 20 minutes. This is now the 5th time I am just giving up and leaving my order behind that I paid for on the app
