Dunkin'

I come to this dunkin ALL THE TIME. But that woman with the mustache is extremely rude and i had a terrible interaction with her today. Because of that, I will be going to monson from now on her attitude absolutely sucks

10/08/2020, the power was out in Monson and I wanted my morning coffee. I drove by this Dunkin's and noticed no line. After I drank most of my coffee I found out why they had no line. The cup had a couple tablespoonfuls of grounds at the bottom. Yech! How do you stay in business when your main product is well, less than satisfactory? 2018 - They have pretty much eliminated any sandwich that doesn't have 'eggs' in it. Couldn't help but notice on several visits a lack of gloves on the employees. Ordered a box of Joe and they didn't give any creamers. If I have to check my order they should charge less. I'd give them a second chance except it took around fifteen minutes to go through the line. This was with only two people in front of me.

Order was wrong and they couldn't redeem my free drink reward which was a little frustrating. The girls were apologetic and sweet about it though.

Was ordering a coffee 1st time here and a woman taking my order at the drive thru was extremely rude.

Overall the service is good EXCEPT over the summer there was a really rude female working there. I didn’t get her name but she would just about throw your order at you and say, “HERE!” I never got a return greeting or a return thank you. She was absolutely rude. I only saw her during the summer, so I’m assuming she was summer help. The regular workers are great, and there is a new gentleman at the window that is great. If she returns for the summer, I’ll go elsewhere. I don’t get the food, so I can’t comment on the quality of the food.
