Dunkin'

I love getting egg and cheese wraps and a coffee from Dunkin as I travel throughout Central NJ for my job. This is the only location where they pre-cook the wraps, letting them sit and get stale. They taste like burnt wafers. I asked the manager not to do that, and was ignored. I now go to other Dunkin locations and always get fresh ones made.

I have been to no less than 150 Dunkin' Donut locations, usually good customer service. But this location is EXCEPTIONAL in terms of not just friendly customer service, but the cleanliness is top notch. The bathroom, the lobby, counter, service station, the seating area, and to every table , chair and every air vent are 100% CLEAN and spotless! I came here on a Sunday afternoon to do some work, the girl that works the counter happily made a special drink at my request (most other baristas would be confused), but he happily made it for me with a smile. Then I watch the cleaning crew "Richard" did a detailed cleaning on every air vent by climbing the ladder, and then did a detailed floor cleaning. I rarely write negative reviews but I paid $5.53 for this coffee. This picture is taken without any sips. As you can see, it is not close to full. Did not taste good either, they put some type of foam instead of the coffee milk too. Disappointing.

Stopped by this Dunkin while I was just passing through and I’m so glad I did. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and they got my order just right. Everything tasted great and honestly hit the spot. Definitely a place I’d stop at again!

Worst Dunkin ever. I am Dunkin’ patron and usually keep, my favorite, sausage egg n cheese for cheat days. I was served worst sandwich I ever had. Where to begin, not sure who cut croissant, 1/10th was on top rest 90% at the bottom. To top that served burned croissant. I ordered 2 both came like that. Imagine what could be worse than burned croissant, ice cold burned croissant. Eggs, sausage all were cold. Worst way to start my day. Never coming back to this location.
