The service at this Dunkin' donuts is top notch. Everyone there is very courteous and friendly. The food and coffee is always cooked and hot I highly recommend this location.
Had to use drive thru. Ordered hot coffee and two donuts. Coffee was luke warm and only one of the donuts was right kind.
Latte coffee tasted like instant coffee they dont know how to make coffee. They charge 5 dollars which is higher then other places. They asked a 1 dollar for cup of ice in about 90 f outside! I never asked to pay for ice in other dunkin. Not kind.
I asked for an iced coffee and they put nothing but cream and sugar in it. I just left the drive thru line and he told me to buy a new one if I didn’t like it. He was rude and all the other Dunkin’s in my area usually switch out the drink. I couldn’t even take a sip of my coffee.
I ordered and paid for an iced pumpkin coffee, but they did not put the pumpkin flavor in it. Did not realize until I got home.
