Dunkin'

Mr. Patel refused to process a refund when his store didn't have the holiday munchkin promotion. He insulted me in front of 5 customers, blamed me for not having the product, and told me to get the refund on the app which is impossible. I have gone to this store weekly for years. It is incredible how little Mr. Patel cares for his customers, and how willing he is to lie in front of his employees and customers when caught in a lie.

Just your average Dunkies. Staff has rotated a lot since I've known this place, so can't be entirely sure what kind of interaction you'll encounter in any given week. I don't come here to often, but it's not a bad place to pop in for a quick coffee and bite. The times I've been here have been mostly out of convenience and their location and—for the most part—service has been fast and courteous.

The Indian Manager is always hospitable and professional 👍 .... But that other older indian lady serving the hot meals always delivers under cooked sausage sandwiches or untoasted bagels etc ... SHE NEEDS TO RETIRE ... For example we received cold sausage egg wraps for the money you pay ... UNBELIEVABLE 🤣

They keep rounding up whenever I pay cash and basically steal my $. Last time my total was .91 cents and they charged me .95. 🤷‍♂️

This my favorite dunkin in the area not sure why it has a bad rating but me and wifey love coming here latte always comes out great and my ice coffee is always on point .
