Every time I go but my coffee, I have to go back and have Shelley remake it for me. I don’t understand why she makes it right every time, why can’t they just make it right the first time. Normally I don’t like to complain, but it is consistently wrong.I appreciate your attention in this matter, Thank you.

I visit this Dunkin every morning around 6:30 a.m. This has been my daily routine for roughly three years. Within that three years I have always received my coffee exactly the way that I wanted. I honestly don't usually do reviews but I seen such negative ones about this Dunks that I wanted to share my experience as well!

Easily the worst Dunkin' in the area. Almost always understaffed and are always slow with both taking your order and processing it. Also, unlike a lot of other chains in the area, they will wait until you check in at the drive-thru to actually start making your On-the-Go order. Defeats the purpose. Will go out of my way to a different area Dunks nine times out of ten.

The worst Dunkin donuts in the state I have been too. You do a mobile order so you go in and pick it up when it's ready right. Not today, I went in after 5 minutes from ordering just to stand around for 20 minutes and now my food is cold. If you want a better and faster experience just go to the Dunkin up the road in wrentham, it's also cheaper there too.
