The guy behind the booth (dark hair and glasses) was incredibly rude and made a huge deal about me asking for whipped cream. I understand having bad days or the hassle of pressing down on a nozzle for whipped cream but pointing at the sticker on the drink asking me if “I’m able to read” while I pull up my order on my phone to show is not respectable or okay at all. I don’t know if it was because he was having a bad day, but leave that at the door. So glad it’s the final time coming here after moving away. I will say before this they were very pleasant. It’s just this one guy who has given me a bad experience and I hope he gets spoken to about proper and professional behaviors, and ways to handle situations where .50 of whipped cream is not an issue to fight over. :/

this is one of the Dunkin’ locations that I highly recommend to visit some customers may not have the same mutual respect I receive when I associate with Dunkin’ management or the employees I have the highest respect and I am greeted welcome Lee when I walk into the store mainly because they know I do reviews but they also get customer respect from me when I walk it my reason of my review today is a little late I was going to do this review sooner but I have been very busy helping others and doing reviews at a different location this review is to give a shout out to two hard individual employees at work here at Dunkins and they always show me the highest respect they ever receive from this location. Move the mobile pick up spot. The whole point is to skip the line... Always weaving through people for mobile orders there. Also, straws are not near mobile pick up. Put the mobile pick up near the straws! It’s the most congested customer traffic I’ve ever seen in a retail establishment. Girl behind the counter is SUPER nice though!
I came in to get grilled cheese sandwich. It was grilled bread but not cheese. Employee put cheese on top of the bread and into container without putting 2nd time into the oven. NUMEROIUS TIMES happened at this location.
