Dunkin'

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff was unprofessional and inattentive—one employee spent time on the phone while another did all the work, and the girl sat in the corner even as customers were waiting in line. They seemed more focused on chatting with someone from BP than helping customers. To make matters worse, my drink was poorly made and tasted terrible. The team here clearly needs retraining, and I will not be returning

I ordered plane bagel with butter and jelly. I really go to Donkin Donuts because the service sucks and they never get the order correctly. I paid for a glazed donut and had to ask for it. Not to mention I was the only one in the store how could you forget to give me what I paid for. The staff talk shit about the customer in their native tongue.

Absolutely horrible. Not changing gloves, touching everywhere and want to use the same gloves to prepare your food. The Cappuccino was pure sugar.

Hash Brown smell and taste like Clorox.

Every time I purchase my coffee I ask for a certain type of coffee, I always ask for extra ice, and my coffee is not made that way they give you very little ice it's supposed to be iced coffee and the coffee is hot, and it does not taste like real coffee at all. At first it was strong now it is so weak. This makes me so sad 😔I'm starting to feel like I need to stop drinking Dunkin donuts coffee
