Dunkin'

I must say there are many Dunkin’s to choose from but by far this is the best to go to if you get the chance to have the opportunity to run into Maria!she is a hard working very sweet, polite worker who always makes the coffee perfect to order. I go quite often with multiple orders sometimes for family and she’s always on top of it making sure everything is correct and even giving the kiddos a couple of munchkins or the dogs a treat It goes a long way and definitely want to give her a shout out! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication into making everything with such love ❤️ as well as being a kind person for all you do thank you 🙏

Came in with my cane to get a bite and sit while I wait for a ride. I was disappointed to find another dunkin near Worcester removed access from dining altogether because of "homeless" persons. High sitting chairs are impractical for multiple medical reasons. I am very disappointed. It's discrimination. Sure, against so-called undesirable people but now also against anyone who needs access to sitting areas. Why shouldn't homeless person be able to buy a coffee and sit for a reasonable time either? It was pouring rain, I had to wait to get a ride home. I limped to the dunkin, expecting ample places to rest while I enjoy an uplifting cup of coffee. I was reminded once again how Worcester sucks because businesses would rather close bathrooms and remove chairs than let a homeless human u

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts around 9:30 p.m. The lady who attended us was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Her attitude was off-putting, and she made the entire experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue soon.

I came in the drive threw and sat there for 3 minutes while the girls inside had a whole conversation (involving if girl A worked at market basket or not) then when I finally ordered my coffee it never popped up on the screen and she never told us to move forward just continued to converse with girl B when I got to the window I paid 6 something and the coffee isn't even right no pumpkin in it at all I told her, her mic was on (I've worked for dunkins ik how to tell if the microphone is on) and she didn't seem to understand what I said
