Dunkin'

As a certified coffee addict, I have been to dozens if not hundreds of Dunkins in my time - this little pit stop right off the highway next to LaGuardia takes the cake as the best Dunkin location I have been to by far. Despite being a small location attached to a gas station, this Dunkin has the best service I have ever encountered in a Dunkin, and I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars for service. Every time I stop by, the staff always greet me with a smile and have remembered me and my order every time I walk in, even if it has been over a month since my last visit. Every time I order here, my order is both correct and made perfectly - such as this immaculate grilled cheese for example. Went in late at night for a coffee and Akter made it perfect and even helped me out with being 50 cents short. S/o to Akter for his great customer service.

The cashier was a stealer. She took the money from another customer for a Cappuccino. Charge that cappuccino with my ice coffee and used my reward to made the cappuccino for free instead of using it for my ice coffee. When I asked her to fix it she was showing me attitude and anger that this cappuccino was just there it’s not part of my order then I asked her how come you charged me for my ice coffee because I was suppose to get it for free. I wanted to talk to manager but refused to call her manager. When I said I’m not leaving until I talk to a manager, she was like I don’t have to call anyone do whatever you want. Then I said I’ll call 911 because you are stealing money. Then she took out cash and throw the money and Snatched the coffee and food back from me. This is what Dunkin’ custom

Very often i go there for coffee and bagel with cream cheese. Before yesterday I visited there for bagel/cc there was a guy. I requested him instead of regular cream cheese i want strawberry/cc so he charge me first bagel/cc for $ 3.19 and then $ 1.19 for strawberry/cc all together he charged me $4.77. I asked him why u charging me 2 time he told me this is the rule if don’t take the regular cream cheese so, i just said really!!! I took the receipt. At the same time he printed out another one. Before tell to the tell Dunkin’ he or his manager did the the survey because I will complain, anyway i did but I didn’t get any response from them. I just want to know how one bagel with cream cheese is $4.77 !!!
