Gor a dozen donut and 3 of which was bosom cream. SERIOUSLY where is the Boston cream!!! Ate the 1st one and kept waiting for a spot with all the Boston cream and it never happened. So I pulled the other 2 apart to see if they was the same and they was. A little smear of it on two and maybe a nickel size spot on the 3rd. Never had this bad of donuts from a dunkin donuts ever. Not to mention they got my donuts set them at the register then walked away and took a long time for them to realise I still needed to pay.
The employees here need to be offered hearing tests. Had to repeat simple order in store twice and both of our drinks still were made wrong. I ordered a hot latte with a sugar-free Hazelnut shot. Sticker says hot coffee and in the cup it was served hot chocolate. Boyfriend ordered an iced match and was served a vanilla iced coffee. Kinda frustrating, not interested in revisiting this location.
Had a bad experience when they first opened, so I thought I would give them another try. My chocolate cake donut had no taste at all (actually threw it away) and my large hot protein latte was half foam and barely warm. Very dissappointed.
The place was busy but we were still served relatively quickly. The place was clean and the atmosphere was okay but the music was loud and the voices of the guests and workers could be overwhelming to those sensitive to sound. The food was decent but we were served the wrong muffin and the donuts were dry. The drinks were good but the wrap was overpriced for the quality and amount. They replaced the muffin. There are two handicapped parking spots with a ramp. The door opens out and the handles are placed high. There is free WiFi and it works well for normal things like schoolwork and surfing.
Service was fast today. My beverage and avocado toast was perfect.. Mia was so friendly , such a pleasant surprise, as I usually get someone that doesn't even speak... good job Mia!!
