Dunkin'

To be honest, the majority of our review revolves around the incredible service by Scarlett. The food is good and the ordering via the Great Wolf App was simple, but the service was fantastic. On our second day eating there, our 19 month old fell out of her chair and bonked her head. Scarlett noticed us consoling our daughter and without hesitation brought her a donut, which helped her smile immediately. It completely caught us off guard. We weren’t expecting the kindness she showed and it helped reinforce that the customer experience does matter at Great Wolf. As icing on the cake(donut?), the next day we showed up to order again and she remembered our daughter and asked us how she was doing. We very much appreciated her efforts and making us feel like we weren’t just another customer. 5/

Review is going to be the same as others. All the workers are taking orders from the kiosk. It makes it feel cold walking up. The ladies behind thr counter were friendly and did help people with donut selectio s after the order was placed. There are doing a good job and working hard but the setup is not consumer friendly.

Technology Over People: A Frustrating Dunkin’ Experience They have an automated ordering kiosk that was not working right but the two employees standing there doing nothing still would not help me place an order so I walked away and decided to fire all Dunkin Donuts. If your technology is more important to you than your customers, good luck to ya!

My reason for the review is to just say to spend the extra $10 and go to the hotels breakfast instead! Customer service from one of the workers was good but that's about it. They were out of half the food. They asked what substitutions were okay, told them, and then they forgot to make our order. Waited 40 minutes for hash browns, bacon, and a wake up wrap (the substitution for a bagel).

This location is a joke and exists just to rip off the tourists that don't know there is a REAL Dunk'n'Donuts right down the road. My issues are simple... 1) This location won't allow you to order ahead with the Dunkin App. 2) Forget ordering... this location won't even let you pay for your order with the app. 3) I've been at the Great Wolf Lodge for the past week with my family on a Staycation, and the hours of operation as listed on Google Maps and the Dunkin App are wrong. The real hours of operation for this location are from 6:30am to 5pm. 4) Lastly, the customer service here was crud. They do not have an employee greet you to take your order but instead keep all employees behind a counter with displays so high you can barely see them. This location forces you to place all orders v
