Dunkin'

The manager here is brilliant! It is always spot on with friendliness, correct order, and wait time. The staff is always smiling, orders are correct every single time and I’ve never waited at the window more than 30 seconds and it is busy! This location is a few miles out of the way to get to my work and 100% worth it every time! Shout out to Michelle at the window, she is awesome!!!!

Came to get the bacon jam sandwich with extra bacon jam which I have gotten multiple Times now at this exact location. I ask for extra bacon jam the girl gets awkward as hell on the speaker saying she can’t. I asked multiple times why I couldn’t just be charged the extra dollar like I have been multiple times and both the girl on the speaker and the large man at the window were both rude as hell. This location keeps going down hill probably gonna need to start going to south Hadley

It’s so sad to see how miserable the people working here are, i get it’s 5am and you probably don’t want to be slinging coffee, but that’s not my fault!! don’t take it out on your customers that are just trying to start their day, and have nothing wrong to you, i will go out of my way to avoid this god awful dunkin every morning and i advise you do the same, just so the manager can figure out the lovely ladies working i stopped by 11/19/25 early morning

EDIT: 2025 The location has been fantastic since the renovations. The new staff is friendly and polite. Orders are fresh and accurate. Thank you management for listening to the customers and making positive changes. 2023 - Staff isn't friendly. Orders are ALWAYS incorrect. I asked for a bagel with cream cheese on the side. Instead, I received a a cold bagel loaded with cream cheese. Management really needs to get their head out of their behind and listen to the negative feedback on Google and Facebook for this location.

I ordered through the drive thru. Before covid I used to go to this Dunkin all the time. Since I’ve only been a few times. Went this morning and got a coffee and a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I asked for extra bacon which was not added. There were also multiple hairs in the breakfast sandwich. The was the most disgusting experience I have ever had. I’m highly disappointed.
