Dunkin’

This is absolutely the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life. The people who work here are the sweetest. Twice now someone has written a cute little note on the top of my coffee lid and it’s been like the best part of my entire day. 😭 Just knowing that someone actually took the time is the sweetest little thing. It’s Dunkin coffee, so it tastes like Dunkin coffee. The customer service though is top tier.

This is my problem with Dunkin they charge $7 for a cup of ice. Ordered an ice matcha and they gave me a cup of ice and the matcha was bad. The people were nice.

Sometimes the coffee is good, most times it’s not. Employees are ALWAYS rude or seem to be high out of their minds! Last visit I ordered 2 Snackin Bacons and only received 1 with no refund. To add, the female employee was very rude and stomped off after giving me my coffee, also never once heard a you’re welcome or anything after me repeatedly saying thank you. Will NOT be returning!!

This is hands-down, one of the best Dunkin’s Ever. Every single time I go, my coffee taste exactly the same, and the staff is so friendly and the service is super quick and I purposefully have been making the drive to go to this one that is 8 minutes off route instead of the one that’s closer to my house.

I was driving out of my way from Mattaponi Va 35 min to get coffee from here due to they actually made it Dunkin standards. All last week and the week before I had to keep asking for extra cream due to it definitely wasn’t 4 cream . Today I asked for 4 cream and 4 sugar 🤬 it was white like totally missing coffee and almost an inch of sugar. I asked if I could get a tea instead due to the way my coffee was made and with an attitude, stomped off and said she will make my coffee over. No, never mind I don’t want anything from you with that attitude. Service has gone down since it first opens and I will be going back to Yorktown Dunkin from now on.
