Dunkin'

I went in tonight to get a donut, 10 munchkins and a medium hot chocolate. The total was 8 and some change no problem. I paid on the screen and it said to pick up receipt at pickup area. The woman who was working then says there are no munchkins on the order. I asked if just hot chocolate and a doughnut would equal eight dollars and she said no. When I showed her the charge of eight dollars on my phone, she said that that doesn’t matter because it was pending. She then noticed she was out of receipt paper and went to get a new roll. When she put a new roll in, I saw the correct receipt print out and said total items three. She quickly crumbled it up, threw it in the trash and said sorry no receipt no munchkins but I’ll give them to you anyway. Even though I saw that it said munchkins on th

I have been going to this Dunkin two years. There has been repeated small mistakes. For example when they gave me a Sabrina day time refresher after I drank it there was plastic at the bottom of the cup! Next time I ordered a large and they gave me a medium. Today I ordered a plain egg and cheese bagel and they gave me cream cheese. The drinks are not reliable they tasted way too milky.

Terrible. I can admit I went a couple minutes before closing I did not know they close at 8 and should’ve looked it up before, I go up and I place my order I got 2 hot chocolates and a sandwich with no cheese and two orders of hash browns they proceeded to take my food order even though they knew they were going to close I also wanted a donut and they said we don’t have donuts or munchkins. understandable, i go to the window the girl has my two hot chocolates and proceeded to charge me for what i got and handed me my drinks i was waiting a couple minutes for the food and the manager comes to the window saying they closed at 8 but I ordered some food so they were staying pass 8 oclock. very unprofessional, this should’ve been told to me when I was placing my order that you ARE NOT TAKING OR

I placed my order on line and when I pulled up the female working handed my coffee without the lid on secured and I got hot coffee in my lap and all over my vehicle controls, I told her I need napkins and they took sweet time handing the napkins. The female working there is rude and very unpleasant. Done with that DD!

The evening young guy is so nice but I don't know why he always by himself and it takes forever. Also their hash browns always tastes weird.
