Dunkin'

I only ever come around to Dunkin during cookie butter season but every time i come here i am treated so well! the staff is so kind, early morning and afternoon shift! I was filled with so much joy when i learned an employee, Sarahi, had remembered me and my mom from last year! she has great customer service and amazing attitude, i’m so ready to come back everyday for this delicious drink and the amazing staff!

I would just like to say if you don’t like working where you have to deal with people please do not. I came in and stood at the register for over 5 minutes (no one else was in there ) when I said “Hiii” the girl (with a septum piercing ) gave me a look like I bothered her not even “I’ll be right with you “then she walks by and says “I’m taking a drive thru order” , I said “ok” and continued to wait , she then comes to the register and just stares at me , so I said “are you ready to help me” and she gave me a look like “duh” so I said . “Well , I wasn’t sure if you were still on the head set” , she seemed so annoyed and unwelcoming . Mind you I was there in the morning and the guy at the drive thru window didn’t even say good morning just handed me my drink and closed the window. Seems li

Pyper and her team are amazing! This is my favorite location because the employees are all so nice and their drinks always taste good. Me and my wife go here mostly everyday and their coffee and refreshers always taste delicious. Keep up the amazing work Pyper.... You and your awesome staff are the best!

I usually don’t like reviewing places unless it was either really good service and really good food or it was really bad service and or bad food. I always thought people that wrote reviews were miserable. It’s coffee, but experiences like today’s makes you not want to go back. Drove up to the speaker ordered, and asked if she thought it was too sweet what I was ordering she said “ I don’t know. I don’t drink coffee” Which then I said OK, thank you never mind since she answered so snippy like I was bothering her for asking. I Then ask what flavors of donuts do you guys have left for the day she said all of them I said what flavors I am not seeing the flavors on the menu. I come to this location out my way. Usually they're nicer hear. I guess the new girl isn't. I paid for my donuts and she went making drinks. That was very rude and weird. I told her I matter too. But I guess those drinks were more important while someone else were already making drinks. Silly rabbit!!
