Dunkin'

It's not very clear in the video what kind of coffee it is, but you see two caramel macchiatos. It's strange, it usually looks different. And it tasted just like a regular latte, too. So, 2 stars is a very good rating!

I usually try to give reviews to let people know how good they are doing ESPECIALLY with me being a figure of public health for work. The service was fast yes but the store was disgusting. It was definitely not the standard that I’m used to across the Dunkin’ Donuts I have inspected and serviced before. If the WOMENS bathroom looks like this what do you think the MENS bathroom looks like. When I tried to ask for a manager to disclose the conditions of the store they flagged me off multiple times and told me I couldn’t speak with a manager. When I find the number to the corporate office they will be hearing about the mismanagement of this store. Unacceptable.

I’m thankful for this location and their friendliness. After visiting multiple Dunkin’s whilst in New Jersey over the weekend, and receiving horrible service, this Dunkin is pretty awesome.

Food is always cold, the staff is friendly but they need to do a better job with making sure the food is properly heated.

4pm drive thru visit, asked if they had fresh decaf he said yes. He asked if coffee was all I wanted & I replied yes, I got an attitude from the worker. I Got half way down the road took a sip of my coffee & it was less than room temperature. It’s a disgrace a business would serve that. I got home & tried calling the number on my receipt several times but kept getting a busy signal. I will not be returning to this location & will absolutely let my coworkers know of the experience I had. Do better…..your coffee is expensive as it is
