Dunkin'

Personal pet peeve with most Dunkins. There's a line that they are supposed to fill your coffee to. They consistently and in my opinion purposely don't fill to the line. I think they are aware of the $ they say by taking advantage of customers little by little.

I’ve genuinely never had a good experience at this Dunkin. I understand most Dunkins are hit or miss, but this Dunkin has quite literally never hit. And I’ve give them plenty of chances. The coffee taste like dish water, I don’t trust that they’re putting in the right flavorings and their food is always cold. I don’t even understand how someone can make coffee that’s this bad. Genuinely avoid this Dunkin at all cost. You’re better off at Wawa.

Always a bad experience. If the workers aren’t rude, the donuts are stale. Thank god Wawa is right down the road their individually wrapped donuts are always fresh.

It’s extremely frustrating when I buy Dunkin every day, but have to get inconsistent service or products from select locations. It never fails, this dunkin serves nasty cold soggy and tastes like Freon muffins! I asked even; “r they fresh do they have sugar and golden crisp to them!?” And of course the associate LIES! I guess we will say anything to complete a sale? Gross. Dissatisfaction. Inconsistency. Make better muffins, or don’t make them at all-I mean the country runs on Dunkin-we deserve better, especially being as loyal as we are, day in and day out. Worst part is I couldn’t afford my muffin today, so now I wasted my money? Do u think I qualify for refund since I technically asked before purchase about the freshness of muffin? get real!? This is by far not what they should b served

Absolutely terrible! I went this morning and my drink had something green and gross at the bottom of it and the little particles were floating around in it! Looks like mold but not too sure. This Dunkin is so gross and the workers are extremely rude! The lady at the drive thru always rolls her eyes when I tell her she forget to hand me part of my order and I have to walk in to get just to get the drink slammed in front of me! If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Very very disappointed ☹️
