Dunkin'

I had a very disappointing experience with the Germantown TN location. I have gone to Dunkin multiple times a month for several years and have always been impressed with the personal service. I almost always get a medium iced coffee with 10 creams. Today I was given the wrong drink multiple times, and when I asked about it, the gentleman told me that "whatever is on the sticker is what it is." I explained that it was the wrong size and number of creamers. He took it back and apparently poured the same coffee into a different size cup without a sticker. I explained that the coffee was still incorrect. At that point, a woman came up behind the gentleman, and yelled at me "we don't need a temper tantrum from you". I went through the drive through today for a small iced coffee with one cream, and one sugar. I was handed a cup full of cream. The employee said “I promise this is how it’s supposed to look like, just try it.” This is the 3rd time my order has been severely messed up.

What in the world happened to this place. A few months ago it was literally perfect. Now the drinks aren’t even made correctly. I ordered a latte and got straight up milk. I went back for them to fix it and it was still made the exact same. This place went down after new people were hired.

Staff doesn’t know how to make the drinks and even when they do they put no effort in making it actually taste good. Used to be my go to Dunkin but now I’d rather go to any other location.

Never friendly… food ok but skimpy and thrown together.
