There is a woman working on wednesdays evening has curly hair with glasses apparently heard my order differently repeated my order and still made the wrong one that’s not even on the menu. didn’t offer to fix it and basically said you get what you get and walked away. terrible service
Great for when visiting the hospital. My order was made correctly and the place was very clean.
Manager is always pleasant and makes amazing coffees. She trains new staff so calmly and reassures them they're doing a great job. I went in today (she wasn't in) and got an iced tea. It wasn't steeped enough, but her staff simply offered to make me something else without question. Quality DD and staff!
The morning staff and the afternoon staff are amazing there me and my wife both got food and all the condiments in the bag such as ketchup cream cheese Etc
Nothing wrong with the food but seems like the staff hate there job they take forever to take your order also waited 20 min for a coffee and a wake up wrap they need new manager or staff my honest opinion they suck never going to that location again
