Dunkin'

Good luck with them getting your order right. The workers have no idea what the difference is between an everything bagel and a twelve grain bagel. Additionally when you tell them "toasted dark" it is usually slightly warmed if not cold. Coffee is old a great deal of the time. Just went back to complain today. No apology and they acted like we were inconveniencing them as they were giggling and goofing off. Terrible Dunkin! Honestly, most Dunkins in the area are poor.

Reliable - the greatest attributes of Dunkin' is that they are consistently Reliable with their offerings!

Used to love coming here, but recently everything has been watered down. I used to get a regular iced coffee 2 swirls and it was the perfect balance between coffee flavor and sweet vanilla. Now, it either tastes overly sweet or watered down. I figured I’d switch to cold brew after visiting a few other Dunkin locations in other states and ordering the 2 swirls with cold brew. Was great the first time I got it here, but now it’s the same as the iced coffee. I’ve even asked them to remake it a few times and it comes back the same way. Today was the last straw unfortunately, I even watched them make most of it (the pumps, using the cold brew tap dispenser). I’m wondering if it’s the way they’re brewing their iced coffee/cold brew..?

This location, has the most up lifting crew. The guys in the morning, as well as the managers, are constantly laughing making sure all is right, and that everyone is smiling on they’re way to where they are headed, where ever that may be. The long hair guys Giovanni, is awesome he constantly make us laughs, as well as the others. They all out an amazing effort forward to make sure they’re customers are satisfied!!! Absolutely I recommend this location.

I used to come here three or four times a week for an iced caramel macchiato. All of a sudden, every single time I go there, no matter what time of day it is, the latte machine is being cleaned. It's been weeks. They must have the cleanest latte machine in the country. Maybe it's time for them to start using it again. Can't give them a good review when you can't get your order can you?
