Dunkin'

Had great experiences the few times I've been in lately. One time the munchkins I wanted were out but I waited a couple extra minutes and they made me fresh ones. They seem overwhelmed at times with mobile / door dash type orders but they do seem to prioritize the people in front of them. One of my fav places now!

When I asked the guy at the counter for no ice I thought nothing of it. I ordered no ice because I was fasting and didnt want the drink to be watered down when I drank it, and here in the photo it shows half of my drink filled. If I ordered a drink and order no ice, that shouldn't decrease the amount, if I payed for a medium, and get the cup filled up for a small cup, then I should atleast be charged for a small.

Honestly terrible, we ordered and they couldn't hardly hear us because their microphones suck, they finally get it and we pay and they didn't even give us half of what we ordered, what we did get wasn't even what we ordered either When we asked to get the rest the one young kid there was alright and gave us snackn bacon for free but even the "slices" of bacon on my croissant looks like it's maybe one or two that were chewed up then spit onto my sandwich... We were nothing but kind and understanding with them the entire time and this is the food we're handed? Don't go here at all, find a different one.

Update: October 2025- came in to get a gift card (amex gold benefit forces me to continue to patronize this God awful establishment)... Not one hello, nobody acknowledged me. Terrible staff. On a positive note, the coffee in the retail area want expired. Win. Update: August 2025. Things sure have changed since my last visit. The employees here are awful. The shift "lead" is now yelling at the other employee. Such a bad experience. I'm just trying to buy some coffee- expired coffee at that. Incompetent. Grabbed a few doughnuts that were excellent, and the people who were working, were awesome.
