Dunkin'

Hate to write a review but had the worst experience tonight 12/29/22 around 8:30pm. I went to buy a couple of donuts for my kids and a coffee. I was debating between buying a dozen, half dozen or a couple of donuts. I was asking the guy about the price of the options. While I was asking he was entering the information in the cash register. He got upset at me because I was asking him for the price options while he was entering the information on the cash register. As he turned to pick donuts I told him just give me 4, 2 sprinkled and 2 glazed. And then he got upset again because he had entered the dozen on the register. Then he gave me his back and said 'You Spanish'? I asked him why? Is that a problem for you? I left it there since there's was no point of arguing with him while he started

I went in on my birthday because it’s known all over the USA that Dunkin gives you a free drink as a birthday gift. So I asked the cashier if I’m able to redeem my birthday drink. He says let me ask my manager. And when he asked his manager, the manager literally started waving his hands and had no we don’t do that here. Thinking I couldn’t see him behind the counter. I’ve been giving Dunkin my business everyday . It’s the first time I tried to redeem a birthday drink, and the manager started acting like I asked for money out of his pocket. Be more consistent Dunkin. Will not be coming back .

No issues with my order. Everything was tasty. I the variety of menu items. The Shamrock Macchiato was perfect and my bagel was good but could have used more cream cheese.

If you advertise your business opens at 5am then it should be open at 5am. Not 10-15 minutes after.

When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I noticed the only employee there on the floor on a prayer mat. I gave him time to finish his prayer and he stood up and asked if I was waiting for an order. After he gave me my food and coffee, I walked out, but just as I left I noticed he had put his prayer mat on the shelves where the mobile orders go. The mat had just been on the floor, and now was on a shelf that holds people's food. I am all for religious freedom, but store employees can practice their religion and keep a sanitary environment, too. He should have placed the prayer mat in a discreet corner where customers won't see.
