Dunkin'

I have NEVER been treated so rudely by anyone until today. Drive thru, trying to place my order had to repeat myself with each item. It was like the person wasn't paying attention to anything I was saying. Then, drive up to receive my order and a young girl asked me if I ordered donuts. I replied "I ordered a donut". Then she proceeded to walk away. When she came back to the window she asked me " WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR ". I mean really, I'm waiting for my order. Then she starts sorting through a huge pile of receipts, I assume looking for my order, and when I start to tell her my order she rudely said "I'm not talking to you!" But she literally was talking to me. An employee who was behind her told her to just "walk away". Not to apologize to me or try fixing the porblem at all. Just to

The manager in there today was extremely rude when talking to the other employees and was treating them like children and not adults in front of customers. The staff was extremely quick and very friendly to me but the woman manager who was wearing a lime green shirt was being VERY unnecessarily bitchy for no reason while I was waiting, very sad to see that she can't talk to her staff with the littlest bit of respect. This is Dunkin, there is no reason to talk to people like that.

The line moves fast, and my order has always been correct but I hate how they don’t toast the bagel if you get a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. It makes the whole sandwich go cold really fast and dunkin bagels are just not good enough for that.

I never seen a good Dunkin like this before best i have ever had and i frequently visit different locations. Went to drive through like 2 a.m with hesitation but i had the best Dunkin coffee and also best Dunkin food. The lady got my order was so sweet and helpful i thought i was in a prank show for a while:) Seriously though give it a try. I hope the quality will stay the same at this location. 🙌

This is the second time in the last two weeks where my drink has been messed up. I order a hot chocolate. And I pull off and I check my drink and both times it’s been a coffee. Food wise. I order the bacon and cheddar bites. Two straight days it’s been the veggie bites. They are extremely nice here. But I shouldn’t have to worry if my food and drinks are prepared correctly everytime I come to this specific Dunkin’ Donuts. So I would double check your orders when coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts
