Dunkin'

I got everything I ordered no problem, so I appreciate that. This is more of a whole system review than a review of the employees at this location, which I had no problem with. However, my food tasted like burnt plastic and left a bad aftertaste. It is hours after and I can still taste a distinct weird plasticy taste in my mouth.

Best Dunkin anywhere in 5 mile radius! Polite & friendly staff who are very efficient.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts in the area the staff is exceptional and deserve a large raise in salary .Unfortunately on 9/13 i went for my usual coffee to find the new owners have removed the senior discount not alot of money but when you go 365 days per year and leave a dollar tip always it adds up this to me is a slap in the face to people who have been a dedicated patron for 20 + years put it back

This place is garbage, they serve stale and old product in the middle of the afternoon. They definitely buy their donut, bagels, and muffins from a third party vendor. They don’t make anything fresh, and the employees are rude and careless. I’ve attached a photo of the disgusting, stale, crusty bagel from this dumpster fire. The bagel is as crusty as the inside of this Dunkin Donuts location. Avoid this place and drive to the Dunkins in Winn st in Burlington. You’ll thank me later!

Unfortunately, my experience was a major letdown. I stopped by for some munchkins and coffee, but what I saw was appalling. There were flies buzzing around inside the fridge where the donuts were stored. I immediately informed the staff and, of course, discarded the munchkins I had purchased. Given the clear lack of cleanliness in the kitchen, I wouldn't trust this place with my food. Flies in the fridge are a huge red flag, especially when it comes to food safety and public health. I'm not trying to hurt anyone's business, but when it comes to food, health is paramount. Definitely wouldn't recommend until they address their cleanliness issues.
