tl;dr: The service was so absent I left without even making my order. I pulled in behind another car. Sat through the staff telling the person their listed menu items were not available as they were seasonal (No idea why they wouldn't be removed if the "season" is over though). After the person in front of me finished ordering and drove around, I pulled up to make an order. Nothing but silence. While I was waiting for someone to take my order another car pulled into the other drive-through stall and their order was taken immediately. Had to watch the menu board update with their order, despite having arrived after me, while still waiting for someone to take my order. While they were ordering two more cars pulled in. Been to 2 different Dunkin Donuts in the past 3 days. The one in Fort Oglethorpe all 3 days. Sick Aunt wanting blueberry munchkins….All stores were out of not only blueberry but all varieties. Also, for 2 of the 3 days no doughnuts either. I don’t think the managers or employees really care about customer service. Krispy Kreme is so much better.

Every time I’ve ordered a refresher with the green tea, it tastes like the green tea was left out for two days. The donut that we ordered (which was the only kind left) was like eating a slightly damp sponge. I only come to this location if traffic is really bad or it’s more convenient on the way home, and every time it leaves something to be desired.

They were super busy, but the staff handled it well. They were polite & friendly. Our order was correct.

My husband and I came through here around 8:30 a.m. during a weekday. As you might expect, they were busy. Despite both drive through lanes being full of cars, they were very fast from start to finish; our car never came to a full stop. The lady who took our order was very polite and efficient and when we got to the window, we were greeted with a warm smile from Carol while she handed us our breakfast. Our food was hot and delicious and our drinks were perfect. No complaints here. We'll be sure to return.
