Dunkin'

Ordered 2 bacon omelet bites and a coffee, drove up the parkway, took a bite, tasted nothing but melted plastic and instantly got sick. Many, many attempts at contacting them to no avail. I'm just DONE with dunkin....

I'm confused by the low reviews, the donuts and sandwiches were the most fresh I've gotten from a dunkin location. They might have added new staff or managers, because everything is fantastic.

Whoever was working the Labor Day 2022 morning shift (approximately 1030am) deserves a raise. Naturally everyone is stopping here on their way home from the beach or vacation. It took about 20-25 minutes to get my order but all things considered I have zero complaints. The staff went above and beyond, and in that time I was there must have helped close to a hundred customers and orders. Keep in mind this was only FOUR staff (2 men and 2 women, I mention this so hopefully the manager can see who it was and pass on the message, although I believe one of them behind the counter helping was a manager as well) helping all these customers. They operated like a well oiled machine and didn’t stop moving. These 4 deserve a significant raise. Every single one was courteous, smiled at every customer,

We stopped in for a latte. Waited 15 mins. The entire time the three servers were joking laughing, waiting on two customers. At the end all 3 were waiting on one customer. We got to the counter and we're told the latte machine was broken. So: could they have perhaps posted a sign, so we didn't waste 15 mins? Perhaps people behind us wanted a latte? Total disregard for all the other customers waiting, a line of five people.

Asked for a coffee to be filled in my mug, so as not to waste a cup, and was told that they are not allowed to do so. Not an environmentally friendly policy, and from all the plastic generated with single use cups, shame on Dunkin. Could use better guidance from corporate and management. Left and bought Starbucks nitrobrew coffee in a can which is 100% recyclable next door.
