Dunkin'

I visited the Dunkin' on 11/23/2024 at around 5pm. I ordered the new "Hash Brown Brisket Scramble" for $3. It was on sale on the mobile app. The normal price is over $5. After seeing the small portion that I got for $3, I felt ripped off even at the discounted price. I would have been even more upset if i had paid the normal price for this stingy serving of food. I would be lucky to find even a spoonful of eggs in the entire brisket. It was mostly just hashbrowns with a very small sprinkle of other things. The taste was good enough and if they filled the container then I wouldn't be complaining but it was only around half full. It felt like a snack and I was still very hungry after eating it. This is my only experience ordering this item so I don't know if the portion size is always this b

Spent the morning walking around in the Glendale Galleria and decided to order some donuts at Dunkin on the way out. I decided to place a to-go order on the mobile app and stop by to pick up after. I placed the order around 12pm and walked over. It surprisingly wasn’t busy at that time. I also saw my order as in progress on their screen. However, it switched to completed, even though it wasn’t ready yet. Waiting a bit longer, the staff came out and called my name. In terms of the donuts, I got (1) Boston Kreme and (1) Glazed donut. They both did not look very appealing. I could say the same for the taste as well, since it didn’t not taste fresh.

Terrible service!! Zero ! Dunkin’ Donuts at Glendale Galleria. I ordered a Swiss ham croissant, waited my entire break , and only after I asked did the staff tell me they didn’t even have croissants. Instead of helping, they walked around , ignoring me, then finally asked if I wanted another sandwich. By then , my whole break was gone and I had to return to work with nothing. When I asked for a refund , I was told the cashier was ‘on break’ and no one else could do it . Completely unprofessional and poor service . This experience ruined my break time

Terrible experience at Dunkin' Donuts! Absolute scam!!! They DO NOT refund money. The food was awful-no taste, no smell, just terrible quality. I was there yesterday (09/14/2025), and instead of working, the two guys behind the counter were just laughing the whole time and ignoring customers. Worst customer service ever. Never coming back!

Team needs to be retrained. The only good thing about this shop are the donuts. Everything else is not great. I got way too much cream cheese on my bagel and I got burnt holes too. I also ordered a hot chocolate and instead of saying their hot chocolate machine is not working they decided to dump chocolate powder and added hot water with whip cream on top. Ugh.
