Dunkin'

This store is poorly managed! Everytime I order something on the app, I get to the store and they are out of it and they have to substitute it with something because they cannot refund my money. If I get lucky they have something, they screw it up! I added bacon to a grilled cheese because they took away the the bacon jam grilled cheese. Pull away and the bacon isnt put on. Called and they said they would fix it th3 next day. We'll I ordered on the app th3 next day and get there and blasted they were out of the item I ordered. This time they refunded my money but they couldn't refund the $1.00 from the missing bacon. I have been robbed so many times like this scenerio because they couldn't refund or have a substitute. It is only this store! I can go to Oley, Pricetown Rd and Leesport and n

My husband ordered 3 of the breakfast sourdough sandwiches. However when he got them home only one of them had both pieces of bread. Two of them were missing bacon and two of them were missing the tops of their sandwich. Also had three orders of hash browns I'm more than half of them in each of the three little bags the hash browns were completely burnt that you couldn't even eat themAnd when we tried to call to let them know I sat on the phone for 2 minutes and the phone just rang. No one even bothered to answer the phone. Looks like we will be finding another dunkin' donuts to go to. DO BETTER!!!!!!

Pulled in to the drive thru last night at 7:30 and ordered stuffed bagel minis. I was told they couldnt do food because the ovens were closed already. The store closes at 8. Id understand if it was closer to 8 but a half hour prior you can't make simple food.

This location at Farmer’s Road is almost always understaffed, routinely slow as molasses, and habitually out of numerous regular menu items. Abysmal management. I only stop here if I know I have plenty of extra time and I’m prepared for them to be out of my top two sandwich bread options.

This store doesn’t give hot latte at 7.10pm even though they close at 8pm . Its crazy they turn the machine off and refuse to provide latte this early ! If anyone coming from far away keep your self awake while driving please dont trust this dunkin !
