Dunkin'

I just went in and ordered the following order: 2 Ham Swiss Stuffers 2 Hashbrowns 2 Egg and Cheese Wraps 1 Egg and Cheese Croissant 1 Medium Drink I got home to discover that what I got was the following: 2 Ham Swiss Stuffers 1 Egg and Cheese Croissant 1 Hashbrown 1 Medium Drink I paid $25 for this order, and 3 items were missing?! Not only that, but the Phone Number listed is not available, so I cant even call?!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. This food was absolutely unacceptable. They are rude and pushy in the drive thru. They asked my order 3 times at the speaker and STILL messed up my drink. And THIS..this is what I got. 2 egg and cheese wraps. How do they think this is ok?! I will NEVER order from here again. Complete incompetence.

a few of the coworkers have a really bad attitude every time i go through the drive thru. they never let you finish your order they tell you to pull up when you're not even done yet. they either forget the hash browns or only put 4 in a bag instead of 6. & i thought frosted donuts were supposed to come with frosting on them not upside down with the frosting all over the bag. get better employees & not dumb young people.

I was given my 3 cold hash browns in my cold bagel twist bag. My bagel twist was thrown on my donut crushing it and getting donut on my bagel twist. Also I did a walk in order and they ended up being drive through only. This isn’t the first time they always mess up my food either. I will be driving the extra 5 minutes to go to the other dunkin on Main Street.

Got two grilled sandwiches, or they were supposed to be, but they messed up the cheese on one and the bread was super soft on both so I went back to ask they be toasted and they claimed they were so I said maybe there was something wrong with the toaster. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the woman snatched my bag and chucked it in the trash without a word. She remade the sandwiches and made sure to burn them this time instead, inside and out. They don't use butter on the toast, so imagine how hard it was to choke it down completely dry and burnt on top of that. Not possible But the dog loved it. Took the Dunkin survey to let them know how I felt and they said I'd be contacted about the experience and I never was. That's fine, I'll just leave this review instead. And I'll be better off
