My goodness! This staff was so warm and welcoming...everyone was. The cashier and young man that handed me my food were so super nice and wished me a happy birthday 3x. What an excellent way to start my birthday morning! Thanks yall 1/27 @ 9:35am❤️ Mariah, Madison, Nadia and Kelz! Thanks staff!!!!

I've been going here for a while. Sometimes a few times a week. Too often they just leave stuff out of my order or I dont get a full cup. As you can see in the photo I hadn't even opened my straw yet, and the cup is missing 20%. I mobile order to make it as easy and quick as possible. I'm done with this location.

I have been to Dunkin for awhile across the country and never seen the franchise sell donuts thrown in a bag like this tonight. Served with cream and frosting inside the bag

I was confronted at the window about my purchase. Normally I get a small hot coffee in a medium cup. This one young lady I’m hoping the manager or owner because I’ve been coming here since day one no one NEVER said anything. This young lady owner/manager felt the need to tell me to call in about my order. Then proceeded to yell at me when I told her I was a regular and I tip well for the inconvenience. I hate that I would have to stop going there. But I will.

I don’t normally get food here; however, the service from Rob, Nadia, and Madeline is excellent. The ambiance is always clean when I arrive in the AM 👏🏽.
