Dunkin'

I stopped at the Eynon location and there was one employee working, doing everything. Traning an obviouisly new employee, filling mobile orders, working the drive thru, working the counter, answering the phone, literally everything! My heart went out to her. And she handled it all with positivity and grace. Shame on the owners!!!! Do better! Who schedules one employee at a business as busy as a Dunkin? The profit thats made at just one location you could easily schedule more employees. Disgusting ....disgraceful..... dumping so much on one person while you collect the $$$ and shes likely getting a crap pay rate and unnecessary stress.

The line was going to the road. The line inside was filling the lobby. I made an online order and I was actually late picking it up. When I got there my coffees were done however, my dozen of CUSTOM donuts were not ready (an hour later) there was only 4 people working... and the lady seemed so stressed and worried. The donuts I ordered weren't even in my order. Coffee was disgusting. Never again.

Got here at 12:06pm, it is currently 12:29 and I still haven’t reached the speaker to order. Worst service I have ever seen in my life along with the most rude employees. Sat here long enough to watch 2 employees show up to work but mess around and smoke cigarettes in the parking lot. Please do yourself a favor and just go to a different location. Oh! Also, you’re practically trapped in the drive thru with no way out

Maria is the best manager ever. The whole crew should get a raise for how hard they work. Drinks are delicious and they are always busy.

I ordered a Sweet tea this morning and I told the girl I was this isn’t a sweet tea and She’s like it’s Ice Tea it looks like water with hit of brown and it’s sugar water basically!!!! Paid 4 dollars for it. Always a 40 minute wait in drive thru, also i get up to the window and they always forget one thing to give me so i sit there then get attitude. They need new employees that know how to treat customers. There’s always someone miserable at the window. I understand they get busy but they need a reality check
