I’m writing to formally complain about repeated problems with my orders from your location. Today’s order was incorrect again, and this is not the first time. On multiple past occasions, items have been missing or wrong. Each time I raise the issue, I’m told a refund cannot be processed because a manager is “not there.” This has become a recurring excuse rather than a solution. Beyond incorrect orders, the food quality has been consistently poor. Considering the prices and expectations, this level of service and quality is unacceptable. I’m reaching out because I would like this issue properly addressed — not brushed off. Wow this store is a cut above the others with personal flairs and exquisite art and design highlighting every corner and eye catching detail to accentuate the unique look of this Dunkin Cafe. I had the opportunity to meet three of the staff members Destiney, Japp and Dunkin G the store operator and I was impressed with the conversations, the politeness and professionalism displayed. Thanks for making a difference in serving us as clients. Your energy and grace is greatly appreciated. I am grateful to have met these people and felt blessed to be served by them. I went here this morning and had to write a review - I was so impressed! We went through the drive through, they took our order quickly and got the food right to us. Everything was accurate and the staff was super friendly!

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff greet you upon entrance. They make your order correctly and they listen to your adjustments you make. Every time I come everyone is so pleasant, kind and friendly. Thank You 💕

Gorgeous location. I thought, "Maybe this dunkin' is different." So I pulled in to get a couple dozen for an early client meeting. Turned out to be the same old unfriendly kinda dunkin' store I've come to know and not love. Seems like they're only letting franchises to people who don't have much of a service ethic, I don't know. But I do notice how few donuts are out. And I notice how few varieties there are compared to what it used to be. When you order a couple dozen mixed, it's clear they're loading you up with all their non-sellers. Had to ask twice to stop with the gooey iced donuts. Anyway - lovely grounds. Some flowers here and there inside. A coffee shop kind a sitting area. Same old unfriendly, do everything on the cheap dunkin kind of franchisee
