Dunkin'

This Dunkin was super clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. A very pleasant atmosphere. Coffee, donuts, and breafast sandwiches were great.

Just went and while in the drive through a polite gentlemen started taking my order halfway through he was interrupted by the manager who cut him off and finished my order. Then proceeded to charge me for the wrong meal and couldn’t even find my order. I was the only car in line at the time. Manager needs to not micromanage especially if she can’t do it correctly. If she’d of let the guy finish what he was in the middle of it probably would have went better.

I finally got some FRESH French crullers!!! This made me so happy as it’s been a long time since my last fresh cruller. It’s a great day! Also, I ordered on the app. My order was ready and waiting. No waiting for me!! Quick, accurate and good. That’s how it always should be.

The snarky girl who made our drinks told us after we placed a mobile order that they were out of milk. They processed to tell me that I need to give more time when ordering multiple drinks on line. Maybe you should make sure you don't run out of milk for you customers and don't lecture me about when to order my drinks when clearly inconvenienced me with being out of milk

I love coming to this place for my morning coffee. Every time, my order is perfect. The staff is always so kind and quick. I usually use the drive-through, and it moves pretty quickly, especially during the morning rush. Thank you so much to the Dunkin' staff for everything you do!
