Dunkin'

This is by far the most simplest order. Loaded hash browns. Cheese hash CRUSHED up bacon. Simple right? Well to no surprise the person responsible for making the food is just lazy when the store isn’t busy at all. If you have time to talk you have time to get the order correct. Needless to say she put 2 strips of bacon across my cheese sauce. Never again will I order food from here.. the coffee an cashier were great!

I loved the customer service here. Visited for the first time and will come back! I enjoyed the cleanliness of the space. The staff was attentive and kind.

I’ve ordered online from this location 3 different times and different days I dont know who’s in charge of ordering or making enough food to last but for some reason this location they always claim to run out by 1 pm any other location is fully stocked until closing how is it the name is dunking donuts and they run out so early you close at 8 pm it’s 1 pm you have nothing left and can’t make more what’s the point of being opened each time I have to call customer service for a refund because they are Always out of something management needs to do better

The service has decreased tremendously since last manager left. Coffee taste different and the service is very slow. I went in today and the person making the food placed my croissant on top of a cell phone that was on the cutting board. When I asked her to remove it and replace the bread with a new one, she used the gloved hand to remove the dirty phone and continued touching food items with the gloved hand. She was not very receptive or kind in the exchange. I then notified the current manager. When I reached my destination, my order was missing a side of bacon. So not only was the service unsanitary but I am at a loss. I will no longer patronize here. Not worth it. Be careful.

My sister placed an order & I went to pick it up. When my I arrived, I gave my sisters name & they only gave me a coffee but didn’t give her donuts or sandwich. I returned to the store, after making me wait a while before acknowledging me, They gave me the donuts but proceeded to say the sandwich was already picked up and was refusing to give me the sandwich. The customer service was poor and the employees were rude! (This is not the first time that she’s had the issue of a pick order and the employees “forgot” to give some of the items from the order.) They gave me (4 months pregnant) a hard time about a $5 sandwich that could have easily been made. I’m not sure who they gave the sandwich to or if they ever made it to begin with but it was in fact not given to me or my sister. The manager
