Dunkin' Donuts has really gone downhill through the years. It's not what it used to be, but it's still good service And it's quick and convenient. Services very good at this particular Dunkin' Donuts. Don't forget the munchkins.😊👍

This is one of the few Dunkin's in the area that offers pup cups! Ray at this location is always friendly and definitely deserves a promotion. He's very personable and down-to-earth. He remembers regular customers names, which is rare but very appreciated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

snackin’ bacon was limp/not crispy at all and my medium matcha had a weird aftertaste, almost like something was in it or got mixed into it that shouldn’t have, like protein milk

This place doesn’t know how to make a simple Lg iced coffee with regular cream and 5 caramel swirls. Coffee is too strong, never enough caramel of which you pay extra after 3, I complained to Manager after giving them way too many chances and got a “ we have all new employees “. Your new employees are not my problem. Management needs to train better and do better. Complained to owner as well, and did not get a response. They simply do not care.

Ordered our food and the door was locked at 8:20 and the line went all the way to the road. I’m not sure what full staff is, but there are five of them in there not sure what the holdup is.
