i love dunkin I do but today when I went in to pick up an online order so I can jut grab and go my order wasnt there so I waited like always because I dont mind. if ur busy ur busy but the store didnt seem busy but idk. my main thing is I asked to use to bathroom and they said no which I 100% understand could have said it nicely instead of being harsh but its fine. the main thing is Im trying to control myself because im in pain I was denied the bathroom and couldn't move for a bit the lady asked rudely if I was done and I said can you give me a second? I asked for the bathroom again because it became an emergency she said no and that was okay, I explained to her that I was on my period and I couldn't move and if I could go use it quickly she again said no which is fine. it was the fact th

The most crappy service ever. I spent $24 on shitty drinks and the employee had the audacity to stand there and argue with me instead of offering to remake my drinks. Would give them a zero if it was an option

They got mad at me because I wanted a cold drink and they gave me a hot drink. Do better (regular customer that comes almost everyday btw!)

I go to this store once in a while but today will definitely be the last time I go in. There was like 9 people inside so I sat down and just ordered from the app. Simple order some munchkins and a iced coffee. Waited for 5 minutes after the line was gone to ask about my order. The lady doesnt speak English well enough to answer the question. I think, im just going to use the bathroom and give them a little more time. NO BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS. Are you kidding me? Its ILLEGAL to have seating in any food establishment and no bathroom for customers. The amount of seating you have is literally based on the restroom amount available for your customers.
