Dunkin'

A short break on the ice fishing trip. Matcha Latte: I had just placed my order when my companion warned me it was extremely sweet... and it was indeed true. It was practically a glass of sugar water; not only did it lack matcha flavor, but the milk flavor was also very faint. Dunkin''s only advantage is its low price; it's a shame it's so widely available in the US.

I'm not a coffee drinker but I do like their frozen hot chocolate it is really good. My mom likes the frozen coffee. What can I say this country definitely runs on Dunkins

Not sure what's going on with this Dunkins. 2 years ago it was my favorite, they always got orders right, the staff was pleasant, the store was clean. Now Im lucky if they get my order right, the staff on occasion has been rude about me mentioning my order is wrong, and when I went into the store it was visibly dirty. Management take notice customers are noticing the downward spiral! Updated to even lower because they are always out of everything!

I’ve never like to write negative reviews but moving from MA to ME there aren’t tons of DD’s on each corner so unfortunately I only have one location in my town I can visit. The problem with this location is definitely a GM issue. They never have the donuts and bagels of your choice. So it seems to me the GM doesn’t understand how to order. This morning I ordered a large and medium coffee and as you can see in the photo received two mediums? Seems just like a lazy mistake and I drove off and didn’t complain to them but come on. These issues seem fixable yet continue to happen every single week. Plain bagels seem popular guys so maybe order extra? Again I know the employees work hard and I hate complaining to them because like I said most the time it’s just issues with items being out of st

I know it's not the employees because they are new every week. No matter what day or time I have stopped in, they are out of most products. Could be donuts, bagels, etc. by 11am, decaf by noon. Hopefully you like more then one type of milk , because almond, oat, etc. are usually an issue. I like it best when they take my order, wait until I get to the window, and then tells me they are sorry but they don't have this or that and then I have to change my order, wait longer, and hold up a line. I never attack the messenger, I've worked in food service. I have been going to Kittery lately. Hate going through the outlets, but they have more items available.
