Dunkin'

I was picking up an Uber eats order and I asked for a plastic bag and she said they didn’t have any. There was a bunch hanging up behind her and when I pointed that out, she just got snarky and said those are for delivery orders, but I have a pick up delivery order for Uber eats. She got rude and said have a nice day very rudely. I don’t like liars or rude people.

fast service and the workers at the window are always chill vibes type. i’ve never waited more than 3 minutes for my food. today i got my coffee and a sandwich but they gave me an extra one. was it a mistake? idk and idc, it brought me to the review and made me give 5 stars soooo 🕺

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience, which turned out to be the worst $20 I've ever spent. I had a craving for donuts and decided to purchase half a dozen along with a blended white toasted latte. Unfortunately, the donuts were poorly executed; they tasted stale and old, leaving me unsatisfied and regretting my purchase, as I ended up discarding them. The blended drink was equally disappointing, resembling watered-down iced coffee with a hint of sugar and topped with whipped cream. Additionally, I bought a "pup cup" of whipped cream, which was surprisingly small—about the size of my thumb—and cost 75 cents. Ironically, this was the best item I received from the store. Overall, my experience was frustrating and did not live up to expectations.

Fire everyone or close this location Dunkin’ because this isn’t it. Every time I give this place the benefit of the doubt they let me down. Sourdough breakfast sandwich was supposed to be toasted & it wasn’t. It was cold. Sausage egg cheese muffin was thrown together with the egg & cheese stuck to the wrapper. Munchkins were stale and tasteless like they were from 3 days ago. Gave me like 3 little burnt pieces of snacking bacon, not worth $3. This is unacceptable. I don’t like to give negative reviews but this location is consistently bad and it’s clear their employees don’t care here. It’s a shame because I love Dunkin’ for breakfast and this is the closest location. Won’t ever go here again.

I like the location it is in. The location is setup for them to be successful since it is surrounded by other business's and schools, so it's very convenient. I went this morning, and grab an Orange Juice, and for some reason a Wake-Up-Wrap sandwich with Sausage, egg, and cheese in it. Instead of a donut. The wrap looked, and tasted good. The next generation concept is a little odd for me since you don't have the option to go inside, and I like that option of going inside for the most part, but with how the world is going right now it makes them able to stay open easier, and be productive. I enjoyed my experience, and will be back.
