Dunkin'

Ordered 2 coffees at the register, and the worker couldn't be bothered to take her airpods out while I ordered. Wouldn't have mattered to me if she got my order correct. Asked for a hot coffee black with 3 shots of blueberry and got 3 shots of almond milk, NO blueberry. Partially my fault for not checking the coffee until I got home but...

It's a pretty nice small Dunkin spot.. Good customer service overall

The closest Dunkin near me, normally very pleased with it. The coffee is usually very good. However, recently, the service has been absolutely terrible extremely slow, rude, and still rush you when you’re trying to order despite slow client traffic. The parking lot is absolutely terrible. I don’t know what they were thinking adding poles and trees to an already small parking lot but now it’s just a nuisance and a liability.

I went to pick up my order the other day, and when I got home, only half of it was there.

It's your standard Dunkin/Baskin combo. The parking is a nightmare. There's room for 2 -3 cars out front so you are waiting in the road for people to leave if they are taken. Or you can squeeze down the narrow 1 car wide entrance to the back of the building where there is maybe 1 more spot available, and hope nobody is coming from the other direction while you do it.
