Dunkin'

I absolutely love this location. They are quick and accurate. My latest visit I had two young ladies help me in drive through Faith and Genesis. I was looking for something cool and sweet to drink not necessarily iced coffee because the tea I got had a funny flavor. They created me some kind of refresher and it is so amazing. They are always so helpful in that location and it’s usually my go to location. Great job to Faith and Genesis.

I have been visiting this Dunkin’ weekly for the past 2 years. The last couple months have been a steadily going downhill for them. My final chance to this Dunkin’ was when I came in last week to pick up my mobile order. There were two very young girls “working”. As I was standing at the pick up section, the girl making the coffees said “oh my god another order! Dunkin’ isn’t even that good people!!” I understand there are wait times with drinks and food, but when there are cars wrapped around the building, and your staff is EATING A SUBWAY SANDWICH and complaining about how “this sucks”, it’s a horrible customer experience. Faster than most Dunkins in the area . Funny enough the girl at the window had brown hair she was very nice I think she worked at a previous Dunkin I went to in mentor maybe . But she remembered my order was very nice and had a great attitude . Especially for early in the morning .

The Eastlake Dunkin is always fast and friendly. Food and coffee is always fresh. The staff are always nice and attentive. Plus the bonus this place is always not that crowded compared to some Dunkin’s.

Came inside to get gift cards today and the lady at the counter a younger girl earlier this morning was very helpful and took the time to explain how the numbers on the back work also helped another person behind me figure out the app on their phone . Anyway the girl was really nice and helpful she’s usually on the drive thru when I come to get my drink in the morning very nice and get the line moving .
