Dunkin'

This is the best Dunkin in the area. The messed up my drink once but quickly remade it with no issue. The drinks are always the best here. This is now one of my go to Dunkin’s whenever I’m near my job

Shawn and staff are amazing! Always polite, professional and timely! I place a large order for my office on Wed mornings and they are always so friendly, helpful and efficient.

Originally posted January, 2025: This is a well managed store. The crewmembers are empowered to prioritize customer service. The employees enjoy working together. When traffic is low, they joke with each other, talk, clean, replenish, and maintain the dining room, equipment, and food prep areas. As soon as traffic picks up again, they are instantly on station providing quick and wlexcellent service. I work as a clinical chaplain for a hospice provider. I sometimes have to spend time here working or preparing to work. This is how I have been able to observe for extended amounts of time. What I do not like is that their corn muffins are not on the application menu, so I have to stand on line when I come in to pick up my order. This is across the board in every Dunkin' I have visit

Honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I don’t like leaving reviews but this location is so bad I just had to warn the public. I’ve gone a few times hoping it would be a better experience eventually but sadly it is always the same slow and inaccurate service. I always order ahead and I give them at least 10/15 mins and when I get there I still have to wait another 15 mins and the order is usually wrong.

they ONLY serve decaf coffee during the mornings regardless what you order via app, in-store, delivery. No Skim milk— and the milk sit out on the counters for hours. Donuts harder than ice, food prepared unsanitary. wouldn’t order from this location.
