Dunkin'

I'm not sure what happened here. When they get busy or under pressure, some of them just aren't good at making drinks. I put in a mobile order and when I got to the window the girl offered me someone else's order. After I told her my name she gave me the two drinks I ordered. Mine was simple and easy 1 Lg Iced Mocha, 4 Liquid Sugar and 4 Cream. My other drink was a Triple Frozen Mocha, I order these often so I know what it should be. My Iced coffee could have used more mocha, still it was okay and I drank it. My triple frozen mocha was not good, not at all!! 10$ later and I should have went back in. Hardly any mocha and no dusting on the top. I'm Glad I didn't order the candy One for my friend.

I stoped Dec. 22nd for a simple gift card purchase. I went to the drive through. There was one car in front of me. I waited and waited. Due to long wait, I backed up and parked. I assumed it would be quicker to just run in since I only needed a gift card. Upon entering, there was no one in line. Just me. There was an employee who walked past me multiple times. I definitely understand being busy this time of year; but to not even be acknowledged. I mean a simple ‘I’ll be with you as soon as I can.’ I mean nothing. Like purposeful no eye contact. I left and went right across the street to Tim Hortans where I had a gift card in hand within 1 minute from arriving with a pleasant employee to greet me. I am just horrified by the customer service at Calcutta Dunkin!

At 10:15 pm 11/09/25 drive thru order for two regular hot chocolates. One beverage was hot chocolate. The other was light chocolate colored hot water. I was on the way to work so could not turn around for further wait time to have it returned. This was the most expensive cup of hot water I have ever had

I dont know why these stores will not give a refund for products NOT received. I had bought 4 refreshers, and received NONE. They were out but never taken off the portals, apps, or even door dash. I have been trying for 2 days to get a refund with NO luck what so ever. Im in mngt.. and to keep my customers and not get a negative review i help them in any way possible!! That is what customer service is. I do not frequent this location but when I do there seems to be an issue every time. Im waving the flag at this point amd wont be returning after my refund is issued!

The worst place ever to go. I waited at the counter to be waited on for almost 6 minutes. Finally another person walks in behind me and the employee asks if he needs anything. Like I was really not just standing there waiting patiently. I walked out the girl said have a nice . I turned around and said it would have been nice to be waited on. I will never come back here.
