Dunkin'

Cost . $$$$$ The franchisee is a money grabber . Capitalistic greed right here on display for my smart phone eyes !!! It’s all about their money. AVERAGE .20 to .75c more for same product elsewhere. Some items more $1 plus than other locations. I order at Dunkin all over and THIS ONE IS $$$$ Best to save your points and visit this one . Staff is always friendly . So if the owner of the franchise replies - stating they pay the staff well - I’m ok with that .

The only good part about this Dunkin is some of the employees. The big managers are rude and unprofessional I see Joe putting his hands on employees and Liliana the new manager absolutely sucks at everything I go here everyday no matter what she’s doing that station is the slowest. Sucks at drinks, drivethru, and sandwiches. On top of that I hear them both being extremely rude to the employees. Liliana is rude to everyone she always has a sourpuss look on her face no matter how nice you try to be. Also on another note Liliana and Joe go to the bathroom together for long periods of time. I’ve been sitting in the lobby for multiple occasions. I’m not sure what they’re doing in there but I know it’s not cleaning bc those bathrooms are never clean

staff is always rude and if they make a mistake they give an attitude about fixing it. ordered in the drive thru and the order was incorrect on the screen i ordered a caramel latte she put decaf. i said it wasn’t right and at the window she had an attitude saying it was just a mistake. got home realized it was a completely wrong coffee she gave me a pumpkin coffee w cream and sugar. when i went back they were avoiding servicing me making eye contact and walking away before giving me a new coffee which wasnt even full. i go here all the time and 9/10 theres a problem

Sorry, but someone's gotta say it. The kid with the dreads is so rude. I gave him a second chance today, not only can he not make coffee but he throws food together like he has a personal vendetta against the customer. I try to be polite to him and he's just miserable. The food is burnt or thrown into the wrapper messily, coffee not made correctly etc. There are other reviews saying the employees here are awful but I've never had a problem with any employee other than him. I'm not sure why he is allowed to speak to customers the way he does. I feel bad even writing this, but I hope he takes this as an opportunity to improve his attitude. You get what you give 💜

Dunks has lost its passion for making a good cup of coffee but is ok in a pinch. Consistency in training from location to location i believe is the larger contributing factor. The Middleboro dunks is one of the better locations in my opinion
