Dunkin'

This Dunkin located at Terminsl C near C 20. They offer typical Dunkin products of variety of iced and hot coffee concoctions, teas, and special beverages. Today at 430am at opening time the bagels and donuts have not arrived but sandwiches are up. I order a great hot tea and got fast service, even faster service than the coffee concoctions. I also grabbed some snacks and wanted to grab some electronics but had to rush to my plane Accessible open entry, venue line us accessible. Pick up counter offers two heights, one us accessible. Dunkin’ , Terminal C. Line moves fast. Sandwiches to donuts and of course coffee. Donuts were fresh! Cashiers are efficient and friendly.

There were two men at the register, and when I asked for a special Christmas product, one of them didn’t understand me and asked his coworker. Then they started speaking another language. The result was that instead of giving me the product I ordered, they created one by adding and charging me for extras, making it much more expensive than what I had originally asked for. When I realized it and spoke to them, they rudely told me it was just taxes and were very disrespectful. I didn’t want to argue there, so I spoke with the women who prepare the orders — they were very kind — and they told me that the system doesn’t allow them to ring up that product yet, so they have to add extras to make it work, but it ends up costing more for the customer.
