They were EXETREMELY slow, they literally had extra hands due to another dunkins having a remodeling and I had to leave because they were too slow. Please do better.
Horrible customer service!!! I tried to inquire about a GrubHub order I had to pick up and I said excuse me multiple times, worker never turned around to acknowledge me. Like neverrrr!!! Another worker told me it was my job to grab straws. Buts it's Durham, I should've known!!
Ernest is awesome. He heard us talking about how we missed the Dunkaccino & made us a dupe that tasted perfect! Such a kind gesture & it made our morning. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days & it was much appreciated. We will absolutely be back, as we live in Durham, & look forward to seeing Ernest when we do! Cheers!
BEST Dunkin I've been to in a long time. The two young men working were so sweet and helpful. I will make the extra drive to come to this Dunkin again. The food tasted great and not like sanitizer like other dunkins.
Planning on grabbing a drink. Bathroom was not stocked and employees could not find any supplies.
