I come here regularly for their refreshers — always on point, super refreshing, and never watered down like some other places. The staff is consistently friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. It’s the kind of spot that makes you feel like a regular in the best way!

Bad service, I waited about 20 minutes for a coffee and thirty for a sandwich, but guess what? THE COFFEE HAD ROTTEN MILK! I waited 20 minutes for that. When I asked the guy was like “what?” And didn’t want to get me a new drink and thought I didn’t know how to taste rotten milk. And all they had to do for the sandwich because it isn’t freshly made was to warm it up!

I visit this Dunkin at least once a week, usually to take my daughter for treat after school. The store looks okay, has signs of aging. There are few tables in the corner for guests to dine. In the afternoon service is slow here. Not enough staff member are available. Takes a while to order. But they have always been friendly and try their best to hand the orders out as soon as possible. Most of the time they have good enough variety left in donuts in afternoon. The donuts and munchkins taste decent. Recently I tried their stuffed everything mini bagel and actually liked it a lot. It is filled with cream cheese.

Make sure you plan at least an extra half hour to your morning if you plan on coming to this location on any given day. How they are allowed to operate like this is beyond me. “Workers” talking on the phone while people crowd around waiting for their food that they make (burn) at a snails-pace. Been the same employees for years, you would think they’d figure it out by now.
