Slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. I just don’t understand what’s happening inside. How can it be 6+ minutes per car? Dunkins been around a long time and has their services pretty streamlined… not here
Etwal and her team are always on point with your order. She always has a smile on her face and treats you as if you’re part of her family. I drive across town every day just to grab a coffee from this location because the coffee is always fresh and the wait time is minimal. — JZ
Grabbing donuts today and this is what I received. I nearly complain about small things since I have worked for Webster Dunkin’s for a while in the past I know what it’s like but I think this a kind of unacceptable. When I asked for napkins i received only one for this chocolate tunnel I would have go through to reach for my donuts.
Dunking is the least of my favorite donut/coffee shops. Donuts have shrunk in size and taste quality have gone down. Service is good when you have enough employees and they enjoy coming to work. I barely go to DD, only when I have a coupon I'll get a pumpkin doughnut or pumpkin drink.
The workers are very nice but never seem to get the orders right every time I come here.
