Dunkin'

This Dunkin location has good staff members but sometimes hard to grab orders due to the customer can't touch any food on the counter until the staff members gives out the orders. Just sometimes the staff members are too busy and I've seen my order completed on the pick up table but I can't touch the order. Some people ruin it for others and this Dunkin isn't a Gran N Go Kind of Dunkin. Sad

The employees are nice, the food is fine, and the drinks are good but EVERY time I go here there is ONE person working. Every time. It’s clean and quiet but Jesus I have been to smaller locations that have 3-4 people working. It’s either one lady or one gentlemen can we get at least two going. They are doing one order at a time.

This place is absolutely filthy - the management is rude - and even by Dunkin' standards, the food is crappy. The coffee even tasted "odd". Which is an accomplishment because I thought all SS coffee was standardized. Based on the surroundings, I can only assume it's a cleanliness issue. I don't typically write negative reviews, but I view this as more of a PSA. This place is disgusting. And the staff is horrific. So much so that I actually reached out to DD corporate. This site should lose it's franchise rights. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Went here today with my boyfriend, absolutely repulsed. The man in the back that prepares the food for the front was dumping buckets of water on his feet with flip flops on and raking his fingers through his toes to clean them. Absolutely disgusting. We cancelled our order.

Came here a few weeks ago to get a donut and to get out of the snow while I was waiting for the bus and had a pretty decent experience while here. It was during the peak hours where students from the nearby high schools kids come in so they had the sitting area closed which kind of sucked but other than that I would come back again if I was ever in the area again.
